All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes — minor variations may occur.
RC Vault USA ships to all 50 US states and Canada. Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $199. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return, email contact@rcvaultusa.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand. Warranties cover manufacturing defects only — crash damage, water damage (unless waterproof is specified) and misuse are not covered. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
RC Vault USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from RC Vault USA. Some products may be unsuitable for children. Always follow age recommendations on product packaging.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
